The guidance model above is used for scheduled messages. Interactive Guide conversations follow their own model settings. Discoveries and other notification types keep their existing rules.
Good to know
Your first 10 successfully sent scheduled AI guidance messages use our Frontier Model. These are guidance notifications, not chat messages. A message counts once when it is accepted for sending to at least one of your devices. Failed sends and skipped days do not use your introduction.
The count stays with your account, including if you reinstall the app. Free guidance continues with our Fast Model after the introduction; Premium keeps the Frontier Model.
Scheduled guidance is for people actively using Journe. You need AI and guidance notifications turned on, a mobile device enabled for push notifications, and meaningful activity within the past 30 days or newly completed account activation.
Guidance pauses when you no longer meet those requirements. Premium follows the same rules. Your quiet hours and overall notification limit can also reduce how often messages arrive.
No. You keep one daily guidance message unless you choose both morning and evening. Two is the maximum, not a promise of two messages every day. You can change your preferences whenever you like.
Yes. A verified Premium membership applies across web and mobile when you use the same Journe account.
You keep Premium through your paid period. After it ends, your account returns to Free. Your introductory message count does not reset, so guidance switches to the Fast Model if you have already used your first 10 messages.
Manage a web subscription in billing settings, or a mobile subscription through the App Store or Google Play where you purchased it.
Paid programs are separate purchases. Buying a program does not automatically grant Premium, and Premium does not automatically include paid programs.
